• Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
• Size issues

• Damaged or defective item
Process:
Customers may send the product back using any courier of their choice.
After we receive and inspect the item, your replacement is shipped within 24–48 hours.
Returns (Refunds)
Refunds are issued only for:
• Products that arrived damaged
• Incorrect items delivered
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after verification.
