Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do accept exchanges if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

Exchange Process
Once the returned item passes our quality check, a replacement will be shipped to you.
Please note: Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable and applicable on reshipment.
